Shelly Bay, Wellington.
- - Consisting of two models. The overall masterplan model built as a large development model and a 1:75 model showcasing the first of the 'superlots' to be finalised.
- - Hundreds of laser cut layers were assembled to create the hills at the back of the site. A distinct local feature and one that dwarfed the proposed buildings.
- - The 1:75 model gave us the opportunity to recreate a section of the local hill as well as the nearby shoreline. It is always nice to build something natural to complement the architecture.
